Really wanted a pair of stud earrings and they were showing out of stock. The online assistant Benedetta helped me and said she would try and track them down at their facilities. Next thing she told me they were being shipped out and I got them the following day. Top class service as always I have never had an issue online or in-store with Gucci. Excellent service and very efficient. Thanks a lot!!

Disappointing Experience

I was genuinely let down by the visit, primarily because I entered with high hopes and left feeling unimpressed. The ambiance is sleek and stylish, but the overall experience fell short of expectations. The food seemed more about looks than taste, and considering the cost, I kept anticipating a standout moment that never materialized. The service was adequate but felt a bit distant, as if the atmosphere was prioritized over the guests. It wasn't terrible, just disheartening in that way that arises when lofty expectations clash with a rather ordinary experience.

Disappointing customer service

The customer service was terrible and uncaring. I ordered a scarf as a special gift, but after one wear, the label came off. Despite providing photos and evidence, the company didn't acknowledge the issue. This was my first and last purchase; I’ve had better quality elsewhere.

Can it get any worse?

I have documented all communications. After waiting several days for a response, I was eventually contacted by a representative from the local branch. This level of neglect is unacceptable and indicates a failure in leadership at the branch. Such behavior explains why inappropriate conduct is allowed to persist.

Frustrating experience at the local store

This isn't my first purchase from this brand, but it is my first experience at this store. I love their bags and designs, but this store has let me down. My husband bought me a bag for a holiday gift, and we picked it up without checking it. I opened it on Christmas morning and found scratches and indents. After reaching out to the sales associate about an exchange, I changed my mind and requested a refund instead. After that, I received no further communication. When I returned for the refund, I was told it couldn't be accepted because it looked used, even though it hadn't been. The manager insisted it was not their fault based on their records. Now I'm stuck with an imperfect bag that was quite expensive, and the service team has not taken responsibility. I also reached out to customer service, but they couldn't help either. A very frustrating experience.

Awful experience, never again.

We bought a pair of slides as a holiday gift, but the sizing was incorrect based on their website. We left the shoes in the shipping package and provided photos as proof. Just outside the return window, the company refused to exchange them even though the correct size was still available. When we asked to speak with a supervisor, we were told no one was available. This service experience was unacceptable during the holiday season. It was so bad that I can't help but laugh at why we even tried to purchase from this company.

Extremely disappointed – not the quality expected

I expected high-quality craftsmanship from this brand and ordered a customized wallet. Unfortunately, I didn't realize customized items couldn't be returned. When the wallet arrived, I was shocked; it looked and felt cheap. I contacted customer service, but they were dismissive and claimed the quality was just how it was made. They showed no concern for my experience. Based on this, I wouldn’t recommend this brand and wish I had chosen another.

Stylish yet frustrating experience

The products are definitely stylish, and the quality is apparent. My recent purchase looked great and felt luxurious. However, the overall experience was mixed. Customer service can be slow and unhelpful, especially with returns or exchanges. Some policies are rigid and unclear, adding unnecessary stress to what should be a premium shopping experience. While I appreciate the design, the lack of smooth aftercare makes it hard to fully recommend.
