We rented a vehicle here, and while everything started off fine, things quickly went downhill when the car broke down. The office was unreachable for a long period, leaving us waiting for someone to come and assess the situation. When help finally arrived, they couldn't get the car started since it was in a garage. No other arrangements were made. The next day, we were told another technician would come, but we still had to go back to the garage after breakfast, and they still hadn't found a solution for us. Eventually, they managed to get the car running, allowing us to head to the airport office, but we had to pay our parking ticket first. The service there was again lacking. We spent a lot of time waiting for various mechanics, incurred costs for rides and taxis, and only received a voucher in the end. For a company that claims to prioritize customer care and mobility, they performed poorly. Never again.
