We rented a vehicle from this service, and while everything started well, it took a turn for the worse when the car broke down. The office was unavailable for a significant amount of time, leaving us waiting for assistance. When someone finally arrived, they couldn't start the vehicle, which was stuck in a garage. No alternative solutions were provided. The next day, we were informed that another technician would come, but we still had to return to the garage after breakfast, where no progress had been made. Eventually, they managed to get the car running, allowing us to reach the airport office, but we had to pay our parking ticket first. The customer service there was once again lacking. We spent excessive time waiting for various mechanics, incurred extra costs for transportation, and were only given a voucher in return. For a company that claims to prioritize customer care and mobility, their performance was quite disappointing. I won't be using their services again.

The car is in bad shape. The tire pressure sensor was on, even though the tires were checked and fine. The remote for the door stopped working on the first day, forcing me to climb through the back seat for the trunk. The washer fluid was empty at pickup, and the inside windows were dirty. Yesterday, another dashboard warning appeared, saying to read the owner's manual, but there isn't one. I've made phone calls, sent emails, and left messages, but after four days, no one has responded. On top of that, I was charged 200% more than the pre-paid amount. This company does not deserve even one star.
The pickup process was smooth, but dropping off the vehicle was another story. Although the office was open, the staff suggested returning after lunch. I've never been refused to drop off a car just before lunch. It took more time to argue than it would have to complete the drop-off. There were two staff members available, and no other customers present.
My issue is how this company was able to charge my credit card without authorization eight days after I returned the vehicle. Yes, it's possible; they have a direct agreement with the payment processor. Be cautious and secure your card information.
