I faced terrible customer service. I paid for guaranteed delivery on my mother's birthday, but it was late and sent to the wrong address. After contacting customer service twice (which claims to respond within one business day), I'm still waiting for a reply six days later. Once they have your money, they seem to lose interest, despite their promises. I won't return.
