I ordered a large bunch of white fressia's 4 friend 70th Birthday, flowers arrived, in not great condition, also paid for a card, with a nice message to go inside, but was not received, emailed them, took ages for them to answer, when they answered they gave some excuse about the system not sending the card, we will give you a refund for card, or, send your friend another card with message, (days after her Birthday) unacceptable I said, I ordered online the flowers & card, as I could not get to shops as I have bad illness, I then emailed back & asked as a kind gesture would they send me bunch of flowers, as it was their error, I never got my refund for card, & never got an answer to my email, I am disgusted, they seem to take your money (which was £56) & any problems they cause, do not want to do anything about it, not even curtesy in answering emails, I will never use them again, as of their rudeness in totally ignoring customers problems, & ignoring answering customers emails, BEWARE I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
