I ordered an item on 2 January and I received on 10 January but I didn’t like it so I want to return it .I sent them item on 15 January and they received item on 19 January.Today is 5 feb already 14 business days past.I contact to customer service they told me you’re still on 14 business days,you have time your deadline is not finished.EXCUSE ME ARE YOU JOKING. I paid you 34 days ago and I sent your item 21 days ago and I’m still not having my refund.%100 I’m not gonna order any GUESS item again. Terrible customer service they spoke like a robot.
