I went to a store in International drive, Orlando. When I got home I realised the tag was still on a sweatshirt.
I returned and they wouldnt not take ot off without a receipt. I never received a receipt. They asked for my email address in store so I assumed it was sent via email but that was only to sign me up. I now have a top I can not use because somebody cant do their job.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I should have read reviews before ordering. I've ordered a few items, they didn't fit, so I returned them. Email from guess states that refund will issued within 14 days from the date they receive return to their warehouse. It's been over 14 days so I contacted customer support, the only way to talk to them is via whatsapp messages, first you get to a bot, after a few messages they connected me to real person. And agent kept saying that their timeframe to issue a refund is 14 business days and at the same time their bot says it's 14 calendar days, on the email it also doesn't say it's 14 business days. I couldn't answer message from an agent straight away and they disconnected, had to go through bot again, got connected to an agent again but they are not responding. Considering calling my bank and requesting a chargeback. Never buying from Guess again.

Terrible business

I ordered an item on 2 January and I received on 10 January but I didn’t like it so I want to return it .I sent them item on 15 January and they received item on 19 January.Today is 5 feb already 14 business days past.I contact to customer service they told me you’re still on 14 business days,you have time your deadline is not finished.EXCUSE ME ARE YOU JOKING. I paid you 34 days ago and I sent your item 21 days ago and I’m still not having my refund.%100 I’m not gonna order any GUESS item again. Terrible customer service they spoke like a robot.

Their e-gift card option is a silly joke

Their e-gift card is a silly joke. I tried to purchase the gift card online, then I tried to place my order by the phone twice. Every single time my payment was rejected. I called my bank and I found out that there were no problem with my bank account. The Guess reps were unable to explain me why my order was denied. They ruined my gift for my goddaughter's Birthday. Never again I will check the Guess website or step into any Guess store, enough

Order never arrived. Customer service either ignores you or replies with emojis instead of help 🙂 Reported as fraud to my bank + UK Trading Standards. Avoid.

Some are mean in customer service

Some are mean in customer service, some are good. The items were damage during shipping that's why i haven't receive them. I waited so long for my refund. My other orders were missing and i can't receive my refund due to their protocol.

Great clothes, poor delivery & refund service in todays day & age.

Whilst the items I purchased were of very good quality, I paid £16 for faster delivery on 2 items, 1 arrived quickly, the other took longer than it should have & I'm sure was only despatched after I contacted them, it arrived too late for the event I intended to wear it at. Also, returns....still waiting for a refund on 2 items totalling over £300 which I returned almost 2 weeks ago, that is poor service considering it's all done by bank transfer.Update: Contacted Customer Service again as both refunds are still saying pending, I was told they would escalate my query but I'm not holding my breath, they said I should expect it next week (4 weeks after item was returned). Absolutely disgraceful, they took the money quick enough! I have 3 more items in my basket which I will now remove, I will not shop at Guess again, especially after reading the reviews regarding returns/refunds.

Order placed at the end of November

Order placed at the end of November. After almost two months, there is still no package, no tracking updates, and no refund. Customer service avoids responsibility and provides only meaningless responses. This behavior is highly misleading and unacceptable. I would strongly recommend not ordering from this company.

Really poor customer service

Ive ordered a coat on the 6th January and still haven't received it, tried their chat and called customer services. Both really poor service.Will never order their product again
