Great clothes, poor delivery & refund service in todays day & age.

Whilst the items I purchased were of very good quality, I paid £16 for faster delivery on 2 items, 1 arrived quickly, the other took longer than it should have & I'm sure was only despatched after I contacted them, it arrived too late for the event I intended to wear it at. Also, returns....still waiting for a refund on 2 items totalling over £300 which I returned almost 2 weeks ago, that is poor service considering it's all done by bank transfer.Update: Contacted Customer Service again as both refunds are still saying pending, I was told they would escalate my query but I'm not holding my breath, they said I should expect it next week (4 weeks after item was returned). Absolutely disgraceful, they took the money quick enough! I have 3 more items in my basket which I will now remove, I will not shop at Guess again, especially after reading the reviews regarding returns/refunds.
