In addition to my last review…- at least 7 times i asked them to fix the address as it was half my new address and half my old one- Everytime i spoke to them they assured me that the address was now correct even tho i could see on evri’s tracking it was wrong- asked for a refund at one point because it hadn’t even left the warehouse according to their tracking, was told this was not possible because it already left- ordered the item on 24/12/24 today the item got to the uk, address had changed but completely wrong and i was told if it went to the wrong address i wouldn’t get my money back- spoke to someone else tonight to be told… my address was never amended, could never be amended after at least 7 times of being told they had amended it. Also tonight they have told me I can cancel it before it gets to me and I can get a refund.Absolute liars!! I hope I do actually get my money back although looking through these reviews I am sceptical, but I screenshotted everything and will be raising a dispute through paypal if I don’t. I will never buy from guess, again. Even if another company is selling it. Absolutely shocking and disgraceful service.
