Ordered a white t shirt from the sale. Received a pink one so returned with supplied label via approved courier shop. After waiting a month I raised a dispute via PayPal and finally got my refund almost 6 weeks later. I never thought to check their reviews before buying as I've always been happy with items I've bought from the Guess Outlet store. Will certainly steer clear in future.
