Returned parcel as items didn't fit and had no refund. Their customer service confirmed they've received the items back, but can't tell me when they will process. Once they process apparently is another 2 weeks wait for money back. It's already been over 2 weeks - avoid buying!
I had a terrible experience with this brand; it’s simply not worth the money. The staff are unhelpful and unfriendly. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them. The quality is very poor. I bought a coat and wore it only twice before noticing the leather peeling off, making it seem like a cheap item. It's truly frustrating to pay for such low quality, comparable to budget brands.

Do yourself a favor and don’t buy from them; it’s not worth the trouble. Initially, it took two weeks for my order to arrive, despite claims of prompt dispatch. The tracking showed no updates, and it remained unprocessed for almost two weeks! After several follow-ups, the items finally arrived, but the quality was disappointing for the price, which I expected to be luxurious. I returned them ten days ago and am still waiting for my refund. I will never shop here again.
If I could give a zero-star rating, I would. I ordered a watch that was supposed to come with a gift box and message card, but instead received it in terrible packaging without the promised items, which I paid for. This made the watch look bad as a gift. When I contacted them, they stated they couldn’t do anything or send the gift box. To top it off, the warranty paper was poorly folded. Extremely unprofessional!
The metal attachment on my purse fell off after just two weeks of use. I bought it at an airport, and when I tried to return it, the staff said it wasn’t possible. They didn’t even take note of the model. Terrible products and customer service!
