I booked a stay in Lisbon, which was canceled less than a week before my trip (apparently they no longer managed that apartment). They offered me an alternative located 1 hour away from Lisbon!! I had to book something else at the last minute, when there was barely anything left available, and what I found was much worse and far more expensive! Awful experience !
