This is one of the best Airbnbs we have ever booked. The apartment is brand new, featuring top-quality appliances, high-end furniture, elevator access, and a great gym.
The location is unbeatable. It’s situated on a quiet pedestrian lane just 210m from Mercado do Bolhão and 130m from a large supermarket. Most of Porto’s main attractions are within walking distance, and the neighborhood is packed with excellent local restaurants and cafes.
Management was incredibly responsive and accommodating, even when we needed to adjust our departure date. Instead of a standard lockbox, we were met in person by a gentleman who ensured the apartment was prepped (including turning on the AC) and showed us how to operate the appliances. The weekly cleaning service was a wonderful bonus. Our five week stay was comfortable, seamless, and truly enjoyable.
Nice place. Very convenient as it close to a big mall, several supermarkets, railway station of several lines. The kitchen equipment, washing machine, ironing equipment are all provided. Rooms are clean, big and bright.

We were met by Aimee who is a credit to the company We had an issue with the washing machine Aimee arranged for our washing to be done for us.
The only negatives are the pool and balcony don’t get the sun so always in the shade
The kitchen could do with more socket outlets
A table lamp would be nice in the lounge
The master bedroom has plenty storage but one off the wardrobes could do with full length hanging space for dresses etc
The view from the apartment is possibly one off the best in Dubai
We had a wonderful time stay in Santa Cruz. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, including salt, pepper, and olive oil. It’s also a lovely place for walks by the ocean.
This was an ideal base for us to explore Lisbon from. Bang in the middle of the old town, it was ideal for sightseeing, eating and drinking.
The apartment was roomy, clean and modern and would be a good option for up to 3 couples, with en-suite bathrooms for each room.

Positive: Loved the convenient location, ina hilly town, everything you need is on a flat level. The view is awesome every morning and bed comfortable. There's even a filter coffee machine (you need to buy / bring coffee though 😁)
Negative Noise levels from cafe below .. BUT these were mentioned, so no surprise
I recently stayed at a Guest Ready condo in Porto, "Splendid Retreat." The crew at Guest Ready always answered the phone, "text messages and calls," and when we did have an issue, it was resolved in hours, not days. I can safely say Guest Ready is the best group to rent from if you want service, quality, and response.
Absolute great appartment. Right in the heart of Liverpool two minutes away from Matthew street. We had a two bedroom appartment which has two rooms one en suite and a pull out sofa bed which was really comfortable. Lots of space and spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend if your planning a break in Liverpool
I had a nightmare experience with GuestReady at "Pia's Place", Garajau, Madeira Island, Portugal. The property was a serious health hazard: it was infested with fleas, leaving all guests with dozens of painful bites. To make matters worse, the apartment was filthy, with trash from previous guests left under the furniture.
Their "Emergency Support" is a scam. I repeatedly called and spent over 20 minutes each time on hold on their emergency line with no human response while dealing with a biological risk.
The most frustrating part? They officially admitted the issue via email (Jan 25th) and stated they would accept the cancellation and refund. However, they are now withholding my €316.18, ignoring their own written authorization.
This company lacks basic hygiene standards and professional integrity. Avoid them at all costs.
My stay was wonderful. I was in the thick of things just like how I like it.I was very excited when I saw where I would be staying it was just like I was in Times Square in Manhattan but just less crowded.
The suite was absolutely beautiful clean and welcoming. I really loved the big windows I would keep staring down at all hours of the night watching people going by even in the rain.
I could not have chosen a butter place. to stay.
It was contact less but all instructions were clearly given.
