I had a nightmare experience with GuestReady at "Pia's Place", Garajau, Madeira Island, Portugal. The property was a serious health hazard: it was infested with fleas, leaving all guests with dozens of painful bites. To make matters worse, the apartment was filthy, with trash from previous guests left under the furniture.
Their "Emergency Support" is a scam. I repeatedly called and spent over 20 minutes each time on hold on their emergency line with no human response while dealing with a biological risk.
The most frustrating part? They officially admitted the issue via email (Jan 25th) and stated they would accept the cancellation and refund. However, they are now withholding my €316.18, ignoring their own written authorization.
This company lacks basic hygiene standards and professional integrity. Avoid them at all costs.
