BE WARNED!!!

BE WARNED!!!My hotel seems to have appeared, without my permission, on the Guest Reservation site.Here's the problems:1. The price in BIG PRINT... well, that's not the one you pay. The one you pay is the more expensive one underneath in little tiny print (which is the big print number PLUS their "taxes and charges", which are significant). 2. They book via Booking.com, but charge the customer significantly more... so in one particular instance if the customers had booked with booking.com direct for his 2 night stay he would have saved £103.89!!! Yes, they took over £100 more from this customer to then book straight through booking.com. If the customer had booked directly through us he would have saved £138.89 on the price Guest Reservation charged them (as an aside, I should add that it is usually cheaper to book direct through the hotel!!!!)3. They haven't asked me if they can sell my rooms on their website. Its on their without any consent from me. I have asked for it to be removed as I don't want my customers paying more for my rooms,,,, lets see what happens4. So I've checked some of their prices for my hotel for 2026 and all the prices I have checked are significantly higher than booking.com and even higher than booking direct with me.5. The customer has asked for a refund, but is unable to process without a "code" from Guest Reservations. Problem is, they haven't sent it to him. So I'm trying to cancel via booking.com... problem is that this cancellation request is going to Guest Reservations rather than the guest.... Edit: customer request to cancel booking through this company has now gone through, 6 days after the request was initially made.GUEST RESERVATIONS - perhaps you'd like to comment? What value do you add to the customer for your higher charges? What's the problem with refunds? Why should a customer not simply book direct through Booking.com or the Hotel?
