Avoid this service at all costs! I mistakenly booked my dates a day off, and they refused to assist in changing the reservation without forcing me to cancel for no refund and rebook. There’s absolutely no grace period, and the customer service is dreadful—it's a total scam. I ended up losing $500 because of this service. I hope you don’t face the same issue.
