Guest Reservations company is a scam. Don't ever order trips through it. It mimics the web pages of the hotels, then charge you a completely excessive fee when you book a room. If you then - immediately after receiving the confirmation of the reservation and noticing the rude fee - cancel the trip, you lose all the money you paid.
They say it is written in their terms: no refunding.
Weird moral. Is it an American one? Cheating poor people is right.
