This company is a total rip-off. I booked what I thought was a direct hotel reservation, but it was actually routed through "Guest Reservations" without any clear warning.
The price difference is staggering:
Website Total: £145.98 (after massive "service fees")
Actual Hotel Price: £81.28 (according to the hotel's invoice)
They pocketed nearly 50% of the total in hidden markups.
The name is a joke—it should be named
"Robbery Reservations."
They clearly spend their money on Google ads to stay at the top of search results and trick people into clicking. Do yourself a favour: contact hotels directly and stay far away from this site.
Avoid at all costs.
Also note If you look at majority of the five star reviews for "Guest reservations", are “invited reviews” where most of “unprompted reviews” are negative
