I accidently booked on a US site instead of New Zealand. Nowhere on the site did it state the currency. When the email arrived I saw the price - nearly double what it would be in NZ$. I immediately tried to ring them. You get an automated voice message that asks over and over for your reservation number, then repeats it back incorrectly. There is no opportunity to speak to a human. After 6 tries it hangs up on you.
