Alibaba customer service agent Anna, was very helpful in resolving my issue for an item that I purchased that I never received, it was sent by the seller to my address but unfortunately due to the couriers neglect it hadn’t been received. After speaking to a couple of different agents I finally got passes to Anna who’s was brilliant and got this resolved.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Anna and i hope Alibaba notice that you’re a great asset to the customer service team. Thank you for following everything up that you said you would. As this wasn’t the seller’s fault and they provided the evidence it was sent I will definitely shop with Alibaba again I’m sure this was just a rare occasion of courier neglect why I hadn’t received my item. Happy to shop again 😃😃😃😃😃
