Got a check pretty quick, but no help finding a place to repair it or rental car while waiting. Our area has a huge service backlog we should have a rental vehicle in the meantime with our coverage.UPDATE: Customer Service did respond to my review and made the effort to make the issue right. We did not have rental car coverage and that was explained. Once we were able to get an opinion at a repair shop the Guideone team was quick to respond and resolve.
