Guide One is a sad insurance company who we believed in for the last 4 years, without just reason. We paid our premiums on time, never late, and were covered for 4 different properties. When one of them burned, we were told our coverage didn't include said property, after an initial claim was paid out. On a separate claim, another property experienced hail damage, that Guide One denied, stating our previous insurance company is responsible for the damage claim. This after 4 MONTHS of engineers and adjustors inspecting the property. Reports from the engineers were given to guide one within one month of the initial claim, guide one adjusters filed it and never told the subsequent adjuster. 4 months later, after many conversations where we were told no reports had been turned in, we received word Guide One denied the claim. What a sad company with sad representatives with no communication with each other or customers who pay a pretty penny for nothing apparently. So glad we don't have to deal with your company anymore and the liability policy we have is being cancelled, because, we know if there were a claim to be made it, too, would be denied. Sorry we wasted the last 4 years with your company. So much for timely customer service.
