Despite my repeated inquiries, they: • Refuse to provide a return shipping address • Do not disclose the return shipping cost • Will not allow a full return Instead, they continue to increase their offers for partial refunds (now reaching 50%) while denying a standard return for an unused item that falls within their stated return period. Being told to "contact support" again does not solve the problem — I have done so multiple times already.
