Also the customer service from Cici was lovely and warm. When I made a mistake with ordering a different size than I wanted. She accommodated me and helped come up with a solution that was satisfactory.
I would definitely be buying from them again!

Timely shipping and delivery. The only issue is the size was a little bit smaller than i expected, i guess its the quality. Great quality hoodie though, just wish it had strings! Thank you and God bless!
Update: The response from the service below is not accurate. I have been in ongoing communication with the support team for several days and have received multiple messages from different representatives. Despite my repeated inquiries, they: • Refuse to provide a return shipping address • Do not disclose the return shipping cost • Will not allow a full return Instead, they continue to increase their offers for partial refunds (now reaching 50%) while denying a standard return for an unused item that falls within their stated return period. Being told to "contact support" again does not solve the problem — I have done so multiple times already. The platform claims to be a Christian business based in the USA, but the products actually ship from overseas (China) — this was not clearly stated prior to purchase. When I sought to return an unused item within their 30-day policy, the service denied a regular return and kept suggesting partial refunds (20–30%) instead. They later acknowledged that returns must be sent back to China at a significant cost. They have also not answered my inquiries about the shipping cost or the return address. This experience felt deceptive and inconsistent with the values the brand claims to uphold. Be cautious: overseas shipping, challenging returns, and reluctance to issue full refunds.
Avoid these products at all costs. It takes the entire refund/exchange timeframe to receive your order from overseas. When the item finally arrived and was the wrong size, they refused to support their product or provide an exchange or refund. I'm extremely unhappy and let down.
