Horrible experience.A mechanic from Guidion (Y) came on 19 November to perform the technical installation for Odido. After a brief discussion—during which he informed me that the original agreements with Odido were apparently not possible—he stormed out, did no work, and even threatened that he would complain about me, "ensure no mechanic would ever come again", and that I would “never get a contract with Odido.”I reported this unacceptable behaviour to both Guidion and Odido. A second appointment was scheduled but canceled by Guidion only 20 minutes after the time slot had already passed. After another discussion with Odido, a third appointment was made. Again, no show.This is no way to treat customers. I find the entire process highly unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable.This entire experience left me deeply disappointed, to the point that I have canceled my order with Odido. After this ordeal, I will never consider using their services again. The way Guidion represents Odido reflects poorly on the brand, and this partnership is clearly doing Odido more harm than good.
