The technician came today was rude and was in such a hurry like we are getting it done for free. Not good. We are not the installation experts and do not know what all is required before you tell us. You can pateintly tell that you need extension cord without irritatingly saying - "You have to make it easy for us" within 10 seconds of arriving. The installation is done without speed test and its done only after we requested. no speed checks in any of the room, which is marked done is the Guidion report. Overall not satisfied this time..

Imran came to me to install Starlink for me. He is a professional who knows what he is doing and helped me out with a few questions I had. Within 15 minutes Starlink was installed and I knew what to do. Great Work Imran! Thank you, Natascha
This company is a scam!!! They are promising a free installation according contract, and when their lazy and useless technician shows up, he start talking about crazy amount (€350-€400) just to finish the work he supposed to finish according the contract. I would advice against dealing with them in any manner. Bunch of scammers, trying to scam out your money!!!
Shit company. I made several appointments , they didn t come and didnt inform me about anything . Each time i called they denied i had an appointment while its in my email . Each time they tell the same lies. There lies are known by Odido . I will ask compensation to odido and guidion .
3 times no showI had an appointment booked for Friday 21/11 between 08.00 AM and 12.00 for the installation of an Odido modem.The day before, the appointment was cancelled with no explanation - half day off work wasted for nothing and no internet of course aside from roaming from my own mobile.Appointment rebooked for the first available day on 25/11 at 20.00-22.00. Unilaterally rescheduled by Guidion the day before to 16.00-20.00. To make room for the appointment, cancelled a non-refundable appointment and taken time off work.Morning of 25/11, my appointment is unilaterally cancelled again. Result: still no internet, half day off work wasted again, had to pay for an appointment I had to cancel.Rebooked again on 28/11, at their earliest convenience and a leisure pace, with no support nor prioritisation.Whatsapp chat is half bot, half ghosting you after you are supposed to talk to an operator.
A time bracket of 08-12am was given for an appointment with a serviceman. However, 01pm I received an email with a new time frame between 12-4 pm. I had been waiting all morning and had to take the rest of the day off work. Customerservice was very unfriendly and could not do anything.
Horrible experience.A mechanic from Guidion (Y) came on 19 November to perform the technical installation for Odido. After a brief discussion—during which he informed me that the original agreements with Odido were apparently not possible—he stormed out, did no work, and even threatened that he would complain about me, "ensure no mechanic would ever come again", and that I would “never get a contract with Odido.”I reported this unacceptable behaviour to both Guidion and Odido. A second appointment was scheduled but canceled by Guidion only 20 minutes after the time slot had already passed. After another discussion with Odido, a third appointment was made. Again, no show.This is no way to treat customers. I find the entire process highly unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable.This entire experience left me deeply disappointed, to the point that I have canceled my order with Odido. After this ordeal, I will never consider using their services again. The way Guidion represents Odido reflects poorly on the brand, and this partnership is clearly doing Odido more harm than good.
