3 times no showI had an appointment booked for Friday 21/11 between 08.00 AM and 12.00 for the installation of an Odido modem.The day before, the appointment was cancelled with no explanation - half day off work wasted for nothing and no internet of course aside from roaming from my own mobile.Appointment rebooked for the first available day on 25/11 at 20.00-22.00. Unilaterally rescheduled by Guidion the day before to 16.00-20.00. To make room for the appointment, cancelled a non-refundable appointment and taken time off work.Morning of 25/11, my appointment is unilaterally cancelled again. Result: still no internet, half day off work wasted again, had to pay for an appointment I had to cancel.Rebooked again on 28/11, at their earliest convenience and a leisure pace, with no support nor prioritisation.Whatsapp chat is half bot, half ghosting you after you are supposed to talk to an operator.
