He connected the router, TV box and checked only living room. Did not bother to fix the router on the wall and left hanging. Also the old wires he left hanging. Unplugged all LAN outlets which disconnected my wi fi extender for first n second floor and I have spend 1 hour to make it all connected. Lousy work.
