You can pateintly tell that you need extension cord without irritatingly saying - "You have to make it easy for us" within 10 seconds of arriving. The installation is done without speed test and its done only after we requested. no speed checks in any of the room, which is marked done is the Guidion report. Overall not satisfied this time..
