I traveled on a flight with my family and was extremely dissatisfied with the cabin management and the unfair treatment of passengers. I ensured my hand luggage met the 7kg limit and dimensions, but upon boarding, there was no space in the overhead bins, as the crew allowed others to bring oversized bags without enforcement. When I approached the cabin purser, her response was rude and dismissive, which was disheartening. I even requested to store my bags in the empty Business Class bins for safety, but was denied in a disrespectful manner. Instead, I was forced to keep my bag under the seat, causing me significant discomfort during the flight. As a paying passenger, I expected access to the overhead bin. With previous ankle fractures, it was particularly hard to manage my leg space. The crew's attitude was unacceptable; they should embody hospitality and compassion. I feel frustrated to follow the rules while others do not, and the airline needs to enforce its baggage policy more effectively and improve staff conduct. I will think twice before flying with this airline again.
