If I could give zero stars, I would. My flight from Bahrain to Manchester was rescheduled by over six hours, and despite assurances for accommodation during the layover, there was chaos at the airport with no one knowing about reservations. After waiting for over two hours, we received no accommodation and spent eight hours at the airport. The customer service number was only for reservations, and despite submitting feedback online, there was no communication regarding my complaint. The crew's service during the flight was also lacking, and I will never fly with this airline again.
