I traveled on a flight with my family and was let down by the cabin management and the unfair treatment of passengers. Despite ensuring my hand luggage met the requirements, there was no space in the overhead bins as the crew allowed oversized bags without enforcement. When I addressed this with the cabin purser, her response was rude. I requested to store my bags in the empty Business Class section for safety, but was denied. Being forced to keep my bag under the seat caused discomfort, especially with my previous ankle injuries. The crew's attitude was unacceptable, and I feel frustrated that compliant passengers are penalized while others are not. The airline needs to improve its baggage policy enforcement and staff behavior. I will reconsider booking with this airline again.
