Almost waiting for a month to get reaction on my email requests. Also when calling the customer service they mention they will internally pick it up, but no follow up at all. Probably the poor guy on the phone of the customer service can not help it, but definitely the worst customer communication I have seen for an energy company so far

SCAM! HARASSMENT!! I got a call from someone who claimed to be from Gulf, he offered me a 'better' deal, but when I said I do not have time to do it over the phone he got pushy, he then emailed me a contact and wanted me to sign the contract while he is on the line. I said I will not sign anything until i have read the terms and conditions! He then replied by askingbif I read the apple T&C's...I then told him I wil read when Inhave time and sign it if I am happy! He then got really rude and pushy! I told him goodbye and hung up. He phoned me back, and I declined the call, he then called me back 7 more times before I could block the number! Then he phoned from a nother number as well! This is absolutely harassment!I'll be happy to remove this review if this guy is delt with! Here is the number he called me from +31858882451 /+31613107036. Unfortunately I did not get his name!
SCAM!!!!got a call from one of their scammers. They offered low prices. They emailed me a contract. When i said i would not sign it right away he got angry ordering me to sign. I hung up and never signed.Month later they called again. Said they would contact me if prices changed. I said i had no such appointment and dont want anything from them. He hung up immediately. Bunch of scammers all fake.
Gulf and Gas is one of the many predatory energy companies that have relentlessly harassed and scammed my 87-year-old father-in-law.They even had the audacity to make an offer using his neighbor’s business name, trying to trick him into a deal.Back in February, we made it crystal clear that he wanted no further contact.Yet here we are, a few months later, and they’re back at it—bombarding him with phone calls and emails, pushing him to sign some so-called “personal offer.”This is harassment, pure and simple. It needs to stop—NOW!!!
