Got contacted by their sales agent, and somehow I mistakenly assumed it was my current gas and electricity provider. A lot of things seemed off during that call, but somehow I managed to sign contract with them (did a stupid thing, not proud of it).In a contract it indeed seemed that price is lower than my current pay. But contract was for 5 year + prices are set. They also claim that they will handle entire move, yeat - contract states different (that it's my responsibility to cancel existing contract). While I have no right to alter contract, company still leaves room to adjust price. Automatic renewal after contract ends and etc etc.There are so much red flags, that I wanted to reach out - to that contact that supposed to be always available to answer my questions or issues. That contact didn't answer for two days, never called back. Official customer support took ages to answer.I have a right to cancel my contract within 14 days after signing (granted by government), so I did. SCAM is written all over this company.
