We booked a package for Gulliver's Valley on December 21st, which included a meal and a show at 12:00. Although we arrived on time, we waited until 12:10 to be seated, and by 12:20, we were asked to leave to prepare for the next group. We only caught the last 5 minutes of the show. When we asked to speak to a manager, he said there was nothing he could do, noting that the show started at 11:30. This was frustrating since our reservation was for 12:00 and we barely got to enjoy it. We also faced a long wait to see Santa at 1:30, along with many other visitors who were equally dissatisfied. Spending £136.00 for two adults and two children, we expected a much better experience. It felt like too many people were booked at once, and the dining area was overcrowded, prioritizing profit over customer satisfaction.
