We purchased a Cracker ticket for Gulliver's Valley at Rother Valley for December 21st, which included a meal and show at 12:00. We arrived on time but waited until 12:10 to be seated, and by 12:20, we were asked to leave the dining area to prepare for the next group. We only managed to catch the last 5 minutes of the show. When we requested to speak with a manager, he simply stated there was nothing he could do, noting that the show had started at 11:30. This was frustrating, especially since our reservation was for 12:00 and we barely got to enjoy it. Additionally, we faced a long wait to see Santa at 1:30 alongside many other visitors, all expressing their dissatisfaction. Having paid £136.00 for two adults and two children, we expected a much better experience. It felt like too many people were scheduled at once, and the dining area was overcrowded, prioritizing profit over a quality experience.

Visited the Land of Lights experience and loved the lights. However, the staff seemed disinterested. Upon entry, the employee at the door simply took our tickets without any greeting or guidance. As we walked around, we noticed leftover food on tables while staff gathered together chatting, seemingly ignoring the visitors.
We visited as a family of four adults and one toddler. I have a disability affecting my mobility. We found limited attractions for our 2-year-old, and I was embarrassed when instructed to sit in a seat that was too small for me. When I asked if I could hold my toddler while standing, I was refused and asked to leave. This made me very upset. Later, I encountered a cleaner who denied me access to a restroom due to cleaning, despite my polite request explaining my situation. We waited over an hour for Santa, even with an allocated time slot, with no seating or rest areas available. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, especially for the £112 we spent.
The Christmas lights at Rother Valley were excellent, but the overall cost was steep, nearly £100 for two adults and two children for just a walk. Food, drinks, and children's activities were exorbitantly priced, including charges for the bouncy castle and carousel. It's frustrating to see families being charged so much when the entrance fee is already high.
I am writing to express my frustration about our visit on Sunday, November 16th. We booked the Christmas Cracker package for my children and grandchildren, expecting rides, a meal, and a pantomime. However, upon arrival, I was not informed that the show and train ride had been moved to an earlier time. When we reached the theater at 2 PM, we were told the events had already finished. This was shocking and disappointing for the children. We were escorted to the train, but overall, the experience was poorly managed, and we missed out on key parts of our visit. To add to our dissatisfaction, one of the children's gifts was incomplete. We usually enjoy this trip, but this year was a letdown, and I hope to see improvements in the future.
I was appalled at the experience my kids had with Santa, who pulled down his beard and suggested sending a letter or using FaceTime. My 5-year-old was eager for a photo, but the moment was rushed. The food was decent, but the hot water was only warm. Overall, it was a disappointing experience amidst a festive setting.
The behavior of the staff, particularly at the entrance, was very disappointing. I felt there was a lack of respect and friendliness. The staff member was impatient and even asked customers to leave the park, which felt very rude. I left feeling unwelcome and unlikely to return.
My visit to Gulliver's Milton Keynes was quite disappointing. The staff were rude, and the overall atmosphere felt unfriendly. There was even a fireworks display that felt selfish, as it disrupted the experience. I would advise saving your money.
Visited Milton Keynes with my children for a stay and play package. While the dinosaur park was enjoyable, the overall condition of Gulliver's Land was disappointing. Staff seemed unenthusiastic, and the park was poorly maintained with dirt and cobwebs. The cabin we stayed in was dark and had an unpleasant smell. Dining staff were unfriendly, and the dining area was sticky. Despite the kids enjoying the rides, the overall experience was marred by the park's condition and staff attitude. It clearly needs significant improvements.
