We visited as a family of four adults and one toddler. I have a disability affecting my mobility. We found limited attractions for our 2-year-old, and I was embarrassed when instructed to sit in a seat that was too small for me. When I asked if I could hold my toddler while standing, I was refused and asked to leave. This made me very upset. Later, I encountered a cleaner who denied me access to a restroom due to cleaning, despite my polite request explaining my situation. We waited over an hour for Santa, even with an allocated time slot, with no seating or rest areas available. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, especially for the £112 we spent.
