Defective Pirelli tyres delivered

Defective Pirelli tyres delivered – seller refuses proper warranty supportI ordered two sets of Pirelli Sottozero 3 tyres for my alfa Romeo Giulia:• Front: 225/40 R19• Rear: 255/35 R19The sets were shipped separately.When both sets arrived, there were no visible defects on any of the tyres — visually they looked fine.However, after installation it became clear that the two front tyres are defective. Immediately after fitting them, the car developed severe vibration at speeds above 80 km/h.A professional tyre shop tested the front tyres on a Road Force balancer:• Front left = over 9–9.5 kg Road Force (clearly defective and unsafe)• Front right = approx. 5.5 kg Road Force (borderline defective for a new tyre)These values are far outside acceptable tolerance for new premium tyres and indicate internal structural deformation.Despite this, the seller refuses to acknowledge the defect and hides behind a “no returns for mounted tyres” policy, even though the defect only becomes apparent after mounting and driving. They also refer to inspection charges and pro-rata compensation, despite the tyres being practically unused and clearly defective from day one.I am now left with expensive tyres that make the vehicle unsafe to drive, and a seller who avoids taking responsibility even after being provided with DOT codes, mileage proof, photographs and independent technical test results.If, you value safety, reliability and proper after-sales support, avoid this company.Also, If company do not resolve this matter promptly, I will file formal complaints with the Croatian State Inspectorate and the European Consumer Centre and initiate legal proceedings against your company.
