Received 4 tyres, 2 were wrong size. 60 emails and 3 months to coordinate pick up and refund. They organize tyre pick up without notification or asking if I am available or at home. One day I just got message that FINAL pick up attempt will be today and after that, no refund. Delivery company arrived the next day, accidentally I was at home and made the return. This is short version of the events. Never using this web store again.

I bought car tires on Gumelider and immediately after the purchase I emailed them asking for an invoice with my company details, since the order was paid with a company card. They replied that I should contact the after-sales support via the website.

However, on the website there was no option to submit an inquiry about an invoice—only delivery-related requests. I contacted email support again, and then received a response saying they cannot issue an invoice to a company because I added tire insurance to the order (which I paid extra for). I asked them to simply remove the tire insurance so they could issue the invoice correctly, but they said they can’t do that.

They offered to cancel the order instead, but said they would still charge me for shipping, which was not a small amount.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this store if you’re buying on behalf of a company and need a proper company invoice.
