Never in my life did I imagine giving a 1-star review for any business, but unfortunately, there's a first for everything—and here I am. I design and develop WordPress themes, and to my surprise, I found one of my themes being sold on their site by someone I don't know. I contacted Gumroad, provided proof of ownership, and asked them to take the listing down. It's been a month, and I haven’t heard anything back from them, and the product is still there.It has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I hope Gumroad values creators' intellectual property better, upholds higher moral standards in conducting their business, and filters their creators more thoroughly.
