Completely unacceptable and unsafe to use. They charge for services that should be free while preventing interested users from making contact. I missed over 40 messages due to their blocking system. Customer support is unreachable via any of the multiple phone numbers, as they are all out of service. I am trying to delete my account permanently, but they retain my data and refuse to let me close it. They seem to be attempting to gather more personal information from me. This raises serious legal concerns, and I wish to alert others about these practices; they appear solely focused on collecting data to sell. Why is it so difficult to completely unsubscribe and escape without disclosing more private information?
