They took ome money from me for 2 adds. DO NOT USE THIS SITE IS IS FRAUD.
They hold the money like a bank and fight off anyway for you to contact. The only access is thier greedy business line, they ALAWAY answert that to try and grab new business.

We are taking legal action not for the few quid but just to waste their time resources as i have plenty of both and will follow through to the end....about time they were held to account, idiots.
Pretty rubbish to be honest if your a seller. Ive had brandnew items for sale on this platform since June last year and had only two interests in all that time where both potential buyers want £20 knocked off an item costing £40 as to cover there fuel costs to come collect the item. I mean seriously? If you can't afford your fuel costs then simple answer is to purchase items close to where you live. Gumtree has become a joke to be honest.
Ive put stuff for sale on this website, getting people interested and messaging but all my replies won't send something to do with blocked, never had any problems before,tried to contact customer service to find out why ,no way can you contact then just f&q s, sent email to close accounts, no reply ,thought id close account then reopen new one but cannot do as my e mail address there still open

I'm choosing to delete the app and my account due to the numerous issues I've encountered. I've lost four potential sales recently because the messaging feature malfunctions, I don't receive notifications for incoming messages (despite all settings being correct), or the platform just doesn't function properly. The sheer volume of unresponsive inquiries is astonishing. My messages seem to vanish into thin air, as potential buyers aren't receiving them. They can't all be time-wasters, so I'm placing the blame squarely on the company and their ineffective platform. Right now, the homepage displays multiple copies of the same listing. I hope the seller of the double bed can somehow produce twelve more, as that’s what’s showing up. Setting a search radius is pointless. The results are completely off; I was getting listings from Belfast and Dublin while searching from northeast Scotland. Even the process to delete my account was frustrating. Clicking 'delete account' redirected me to a product search page, which was the opposite of my intention. After several attempts, it seems to have worked, but now I'm waiting for someone to contact me to finalize the deletion. Cue the confusion and frustration...
This team shouldn't be trusted with anything. Their incompetence is glaring. Great job, everyone, and thanks for absolutely nothing.

It seems like a legitimate selling platform, yet within minutes of listing items, I see numerous views but no sales after hours. I have many brand new items listed at significantly reduced prices, yet despite over 50 views on each, none sell. I expected to sell everything quickly, especially with the holiday season approaching, but after two weeks, I've had no sales, leading me to discard them. I have nearly £60,000 worth of items listed and am not generating any income from this platform. If I can't sell new packs of socks at a steep discount during the holiday season, there’s clearly an issue.
My advertisement was removed under the false claim that I was acting as an agent, which is entirely incorrect. I am just a private individual trying to post a personal ad. To make matters worse, the platform does not allow appeals, refuses to provide evidence for their claims, and their support team was unhelpful. When I sought clarification, the chat was abruptly ended. The only ‘solution’ offered was to upgrade to a paid account, which feels like a coercive tactic to force users into paying to advertise. This experience highlights a severe lack of transparency and fairness.
