Never ever use this agency! They lie about everything. Example. They said it would be 568 to pick an aisle seat. I called the airline and it was 22 dollars. I asked to talk to a supervisor and they claimed they were the supervisor and I found out they were lying. I also paid to change flight! To change was more than my original flight! Never ever use them. They offed a 50 dollar voucher. The representatives talking to me had crying kids and barking dogs where I could not hear them! The worst!!!!
