This company is a scam. They sold me a flight ticket with a free seat upgrade (I only had to pay an extra $10 for seat selection) and promised a 24 hour free cancellation. After completing the purchase, I was told that the seat was not available. I called, emailed and messaged them via their chatbot within the 24 hour cancellation window telling them that I wanted to cancel the ticket and receive a full refund. My requests were ignored and they finally called me back 2 days later after my booking telling me that I'm no longer eligible to cancel now that we are past the window. On top of this, they use your credit card to purchase the ticket from the airline directly instead of billing themselves so they can pass on accountability.
This is a bait-and-switch operation plain and simple. BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.
