The service in the Southern Highlands is disappointing. While they perform the work effectively, their pricing is outrageous. I've hired another provider who charged $150 less for the same job, which only took about an hour. As a pensioner, I can't afford $430 when I can pay $280. Additionally, the representative I interacted with was unprofessional and did not meet expectations. I will not use their services again or recommend them to others.
