I've hired another provider who charged $150 less for the same job, which only took about an hour. As a pensioner, I can't afford $430 when I can pay $280. Additionally, the representative I interacted with was unprofessional and did not meet expectations. I will not use their services again or recommend them to others.

I would NOT recommend this service. The quality was very poor, with visible dirt still present in my gutters. I wish I could upload a picture to illustrate the lack of effort in the cleaning process. It was a last-minute request for the following day, but if I had more time, I would have chosen a cheaper option. The quality of Gutter Vac is disappointing, and the price is excessively high.
I contacted a representative early in the morning, and by noon, he was already at my property—very impressive response time! He was extremely knowledgeable and skilled, going above and beyond in his service. I couldn't recommend him more highly.
The team went above and beyond at my place. They removed gutter guards, replaced them, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. They also sent me before and after photos. The price was fantastic considering the number of workers and the time spent. I was particularly impressed by their use of safety harnesses, showing they took the job seriously. Highly recommend!
