Hello, I was planning to book the Dakar walking tour from guydeez.com directly on the Viator website as I always do. As I needed additional information on the tour I sent Guydeez an email to the address I found on Viator site. He replied with the information I needed but told me the 150 € tour was to be paid througha link he sent me. Which I did and I acknowledge it was a mistake. The first guide cancelled the tour. The second guide never came and gave my contact details to someone else that contacted me pretending he was the guide selected by Guydeez. He came very late was very aggressive and didn’tlook reliable. So we didn’t tour with him. I feel victim of a scam and have requested the refund to Guydeez, so far I did not get it I feel victim of a scam.
