Hello,
I was planning to book the Dakar walking tour from guydeez.com directly on the Viator website as I always do. As I needed additional information on the tour I sent Guydeez an email to the address I found on Viator site. He replied with the information I needed but told me the 150 € tour was to be paid through
a link he sent me.
Which I did and I acknowledge it was a mistake. The first guide cancelled the tour. The second guide never came and gave my contact details to someone else that contacted me pretending he was the guide selected by Guydeez. He came very late was very aggressive and didn’tlook reliable. So we didn’t tour with him. I feel victim of a scam and have requested the refund to Guydeez, so far I did not get it I feel victim of a scam.

Andrea was an excellent guide. He was vedy knowladgeable, funny, interesting and enthusiastic. We were a very international group and Andrea spoke almost every language that was in our group. He was vedy flexible with time and, if he could, would probably have gone over the initial time. Thank you so much, would highly recommend.
We had a private guided tour (2 of us) in Milan with Fernando on « Design and Fashion ». We were very happy about it. The duration is just right (3 hours). It gives you time to see many places. We were quite precise about what we wanted: more small places put into cultural context. Fernando showed us things we did not know, although we have been coming regularly to Milan over the past 30 years. His French is very good. He adapted to our wishes and could give us names of places we liked: restaurants, shops, galeries. As Fernando is very dedicated, you have to be very clear about what you wish to see.
Adriana was punctual, she picked me up and bought me back to my location. She is a history teacher and very passionate about the history of the region so she was able to give extra details about the sites on the itinerary. Adriana also tailors the experience to match your interests. I really enjoyed the tour, Adriana is warm, friendly and has a good sense of humour.I recommend this tour
My wife and I enjoyed a private walking tour in Palermo. We had scheduled visits to most popular tourist attractions with a 10 days Sicilian tour but we wanted prior to the tour to get a private overview of the historical center of Palermo. Our guide Bianca showed the center of Palermo and took us to several interesting places that we would miss without her.Her excellent English language and knowledge of Palermo helped the walking tour to be a very pleasant experience.
