When I inquired about the delay, the receptionist mistakenly said I wasn't on the system due to her error. I ended up waiting longer while others were let in ahead of me. This treatment is unacceptable, especially as I struggle with mental health issues. Complaining to the hospital has proven futile. Their lack of care and consideration is appalling, and I feel failed by the system.
