Simply Appalling, they lied in their letter to me.I went there in pain with infected dental implants. The Hospital wrote to me telling me that I told them I had Peri-implantitis and was being treated for it.An Absolute LIE, I had never heard of the word so I could Never have said it and I told Guys Hospital this.I was told the (trainee) consultant had seen it in the X-ray. NO, what he saw was INFECTION - unless of course the infection shouted, I am Peri-implantitis.An old, coming apart and dirty dental implant bar had caused this infection, I told the Hospital, I even sent a photograph of this Bar pre-dating 2008 that was not my bar. I asked for an apt. to see this consultant and was Refused.I even sent an email to the hospital from my implant dentist saying I had not had it thus he did not treat me for it. It made no difference.I cannot EVER trust another hospital again.I have noticed a theme... I have found government organisations never claim them on Trustpilot, I wonder why..........
